Pattern Making
The sizes and designs that are needed are taken into consideration when designing patterns. Every product has a unique pattern that is meticulously and precisely designed.
Pre-Production Sample
We create a sample and send it to you for your approval before moving on with bulk manufacturing. We proceed to the next phase after approval.
Material & Fabric Sourcing
The most trustworthy and dependable fabric providers are used to source the cloth. The fabric is inspected before being moved to the cutting department and is kept in racks in the fabric store.
Cutting & Printing Process
Following sourcing, the cloth is cut into pieces based on the designs. These components are then printed or embroidered based on the specifications provided by our client.
Sewing & Quality Check
After the cut panels are stitched together, the design is completed. In order to maintain our position as one of the top producers of sportswear and activewear, every item is then meticulously examined to guarantee the highest quality standards.
Packing & Delivery
After that, all items get pressed, tags are installed, and packed in poly bags. Finally, all items get packed in cartons and shipped using reliable delivery services.
